Michael Benner

In addition we have another excellent Instructor, Clinician and all around Horseman Michael Benner of Collective Horsemanship (http://www.collectivehorsemanship.com); who makes regular trips to our location from his facility in central West Virginia.  He has spent the last 20 plus years networking with other well known professionals, educators, and practicing his style of "Natural horsemanship". By many standards he is a considerable Master Horseman, with feel for producing mounts for the absolute beginner to the most advance rider. Specialties included; Problem Solving, Desensitization, Speed Events, Cowboy Mounted Shooting, Backcountry Travel, and developing the working horse from start to finish.  To Michael the Natural Horsemanship principles are not all about the horse.  He believes in addressing the two factors in Horsemanship, which are the Horse's way of thinking and the Human's way of thinking.
